Since the villa caters to families and groups of up to eleven, the layout has been optimized to provide maximum privacy through the use of a pod style design. Each bedroom is a separate entity as are the common kitchen/dining room and living rooms. The guest house is a fully air conditioned stand alone building with full kitchen and queen bedroom with en suite bath and private balcony downstairs.
The villa has both indoor and outdoor cooking and dining areas as well as a design focused on the pleasant outdoors. The center piece of the villa is a spectacular curved infinity edge pool that looks out over the southern ocean horizon. The large, coral stone pool deck sits 3 stories above the beach and connects the common areas. A gated wrap around staircase and gated flagstone walkway provides easy, barefoot access to the villa's private 200+ foot sand beach where you will find umbrellas, chairs, and water craft. Enjoy two outdoor showers (one by the beach and one by the pool) plus an additional bathroom by the pool.The infinity edge pool bleeds into the ocean where you can swim on the exercise pole and enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean at the same time.
The Villa Roi Soleil property manager will meet you at the airport, guide you to the villa, and assist you with your vacation needs. Pre-arrival shopping can be arranged so you arrive at the villa with a stocked refrigerator. The property manager offers a full range of concierge services including private chefs, catering, spa services, activities, etc. Kayak, swim, bone-fish, hunt for conch, windsurf, kite sail, or just wade around in the ocean just steps from the house.
