This private gated community is located along the edge of Chalk Sound National Park. Guests will enjoy sounthern facing views of the Caribbean with Turtle Rock, Caicos Banks, Osprey Point and West Caicos in view. Incredible sunsets can be shared with a cocktail or while dining al fresco in a screen terrace.

On the Rocks was carefully planned to take advantage of the incredible setting. The open floor concept allows the main family, dining, and kitchen areas to be surrounded by doors leading to a lattice covered pool deck.

On the Rocks has everything guests need to sit back and relax. The pool deck becons as does star gazing in the hot top. Chill out in the hammock in the waterfront gazebo located a quick ten steps away from the ocean. Take a stroll along the beach or wade in the clear water. On the Rocks hosts a shallow entry for small children to wade or collect sea shells. Enjoy the "Neat" lot across the street, home to a dock perfect for bone fly fishing or kayaking along Silly Creek.

Being set along the edge of Chalk Sound National Park offers guests miles of shoreline and deserted beach available to explore. Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay beaches are just down the road; Las Brisas and Bugaloo's are a few of our favorite dining options! On the Rocks was built with increditble attention to materials and authentic details, simplistic flow, and nature. Enjoy beautifully lush gardens and plants adding to the tranquil tropical feel.

While On the Rocks is private and secluded, a quick fifteen minute drive offers access to almost every part of the island included resorts, golf and the north beaches. The airport and grocery are located just ten minutes away. We do recommend a rental car for this villa home.
